Varimix® Dairy Minerals

Varimix Dairy Minerals are formulated for lactating cows to supply required amounts of calcium and phosphorus along with vitamins and trace minerals. When used in a TMR, this product will provide an economical and nutritionally balanced dairy ration to maintain performance, production, and health.

Feeding Directions

Varimix Dairy Minerals are available with salt (plus). When fed at recommended levels the plus formulations provide 0.225 lb salt/cow/day.

Active™ Heifer Mineral

Formulated to supply the vitamin and mineral requirements of dairy replacement heifers fed for optimum rates of gain in confinement or on pasture. Available with 1600 g/ton Bovatec® or 1600 g/ton Rumensin®.

Feeding Directions
For optimum results, force feed 4 ounces per head per day to dairy replacement heifers weighing between 500 and 1300 pounds. Feed forages and grain mix as specified in a Kent Feeds Attain Program computer formulated ration. When feeding free choice, the amount consumed will vary according to the quality and type of feedstuffs consumed.

Bio-Plus Mineral™

A high phosphorus (16%) mineral with added vitamins that can be fed free-choice or mixed in the ration for beef and dairy cattle.

Feeding Directions
Free-choice Kent Bio-Plus Mineral in a dry, clean bunk or mineral feeder. The amount consumed will vary depending on the quality, type and quantity of feedstuffs available. Offer salt free-choice for beef and dairy.

A mineral for lactating dairy cattle, dairy heifers, beef cattle on pasture or in the feedlot and growing beef calves.

Feeding Directions
To force feed, use 20-10 Plus Mineral to meet requirements for minerals and vitamins as specified in an Attain program computer balanced ration.

To make a free-choice mineral mix, mix Kent 20-10 Plus Mineral and salt in a 9:1 ratio. Free-choice this mix in a dry, clean bunk or mineral feeder. The amount consumed will vary depending on the quality, type, and quantity of feedstuffs available.
