Active Calfgo 32 is a protein supplement with multiple protein sources supplying an optimal balance of lysine and methionine to provide the nutrients calves need up to 400 lbs body weight. It is designed for grind-and-mix diets.

  • Lysine and methionine - Balanced for lysine and methlonine to provide the calf's underdeveloped digestive system with essential amino acids.
  • Trace minerals and vitamins - High trace mineral and vitamin fortification to help support optimal growth and overall performance.
  • All-natural protein - Growing calves need high-quality protein sources which are easily digested in order to build the frame and body size required to realize full inherited potential.
  • Selenium yeast - Highly biologically available source of selenium, supports proper immune function.

  1. Feed 3-4 quarts of colostrum immediately after birth (need to provide 100g of IgG). Feed 2-4 additional quarts within 12 hours of birth and feed 2-4 more quarts at 24 hours of age. If necessary, use an esophageal feeder.
  2. Feed Kent Milk Formula™ I for the next 14 days for a fast start then switch to Kent Milk Formula™ III, or 21-15NT until 6 weeks of age or when calves have consumed 2 pounds of starter per day for 3 consecutive days, whichever comes last. (Mix and feed according to directions on Milk Formula tag.)
  3. Start feeding Calf Starter 18 grain mix when calves are 3 days old. Place a fresh supply before calves each day.
  4. Calves from 2 to 6 months of age may be fed Calf Grower 16 grain mix.
