A chopped timothy/alfalfa hay blend. It may be used as a complete pasture, hay replacement or used to supplement existing forage. It is suitable for horses, cattle, sheep, and goats. This product is not fortified with vitamins or trace minerals and should not be used to replace grain.

  • Chopped Form - Chopped form allows for slow consumption and promotes chewing and saliva production, thus reducing the potential for digestive upset.
  • Compressed 50-lb plastic bag - Compressed 50-lb plastic bag makes it convenient and easy to handle.
  • Sun-cured blend - Sun-cured blend provides animals’ premium forage. Can be fed when hay quality is poor or when supplies are limited. Use with a grain ration when additional fiber and lower starch content is desirable to help promote good digestive flow and function.
  • High palatability - High palatability so animals eat it readily.
  • Less dust than hay - Less dust than hay which reduces dust and mold exposure to horses, especially beneficial for horses with allergies to hay.
  • Blister beetle free - Blister beetle free so provides a good alternative to traditional hays which may be contaminated.

To supplement existing forage, feed at a rate of 4-6 lb/head/day. As the sole source of forage,
feed at a rate of 1-1.5% of body weight.
