EnergiLass Goat is a protein, mineral and vitamin supplement formulated for does before breeding and kidding, and to all goats on medium to low quality pasture, hay, or forage.
Molasses and added fat results in a very high level of sugar and energy. This high sugar level and the licking action needed for consumption increase saliva production. This, in turn, may improve the rumen environment which would improve forage digestion.
The high level of molasses solids and fat make for a highly palatable product. The licking action along with saliva produced softens the top 1/4 inch of the block allowing limited consumption. When this thin layer is consumed the animals must wait for the next layer of the block to soften before they can consume additional product.
As pastures mature, forage quality can decline. Supplementing with protein allows the rumen to better digest mature forages.
Contains ammonium chloride to aid in the prevention of urinary calculi.
Formulated to provide trace minerals and vitamins to help support optimal animal health and performance.
Also available in a 50 lb container, availability varies by plant.

Feed EnergiLass Goat to does before breeding, and kidding, and to all goats on medium to low quality pasture, hay, or forage. Place pail(s) in a dry location near the animal’s source of water, salt, mineral, or loafing area. Consumption will vary depending on animal size; stage of production; quality, source, and availability of roughage and/or grains; number of animals per pail and pail location. Offer one 33.3 lb pail for every 15-25 head of goats. Goats typically consume between 1 and 3 oz per head daily. DAILY INTAKE VALUES ARE APPROXIMATE. To increase consumption, decrease the number of animals per pail. To reduce consumption, increase the number of animals per pail, or place pails away from the normal loafing area. Provide clean, fresh water at all times and salt and Goat Mineral free-choice.
