These feeding directions are a starting point. Adjust feeding amounts to your puppy’s individual requirements to achieve optimal condition, growth, and development. The chart above represents the amount of Puppy Prime Puppy Food per day. Divide the number of cups by the number of times you feed per day to get the amount per feeding. Begin weaning at 3-4 weeks of age by offering Puppy Prime Puppy Food moistened with warm water. Feed as much as they will eat three times per day until fully weaned. Slowly reduce added water over several days until feeding it dry. Once fed dry, Puppy Prime Puppy Food can be made available at all times for most puppies. Feed Puppy Prime Puppy Food until your puppy reaches adulthood. Feeding Puppy Prime Puppy Food for the first time? Mix increasing amounts of Puppy Prime Puppy Food with decreasing amounts of the old food over a seven-day period. For late pregnancy and nursing females, keep Puppy Prime Puppy Food available at all times.
