Home / Beef Cattle / Low-Moisture Block / EnergiLass Performance Cattle Mineral 5 Phos Availa®4
Mineral supplementation on summer pastures is a must. While green, growing forage can provide a good portion of what cattle need, there are nutritional gaps. The trace mineral profile of the forage is only as good as the soil, and even then it’s not always stored in the plant in a form that cattle can utilized. Additionally, the majority of pastures are deficient in phosphorus, a key nutrient in metabolism, bone integrity and maintaining pregnancy. EnergiLass Performance Cattle Mineral 5 Phos Availa®4 covers these nutritional gaps and provides an extra nutritional boost from the inclusion of Availa®4.
This low moisture block is formulated to provide 7 g of Availa®4 when consumed at 4 oz. Availa®4 is research proven to positively impact reproductive performance in beef cattle. Consumption should average 4 oz per head daily. The amount consumed will vary depending on the quality, type and quantity of feedstuffs available.
Availa®4 amino acid trace mineral complexes offer trace mineral supplementation in a form that is highly bioavailable to the animal and are research proven to improve reproductive performance in cattle.
A 2 to 1 calcium to phosphorus ratio is ideal for cattle on pasture, which tend to be deficient in phosphorus.
The unique manufacturing process results in a product that cattle must lick in order to consume. This results in consistent, predictable intake that helps to manage costs per head per day.
Formulated to exceed NRC recommendations for trace minerals, helps overcome antagonists and support optimal animal health and performance.
Vitamins A, D and E support growth, metabolism, reproductive performance and proper immune system function.
EnergiLass is formulated without added salt. A source of free-choice salt should be made available at all times, such as Framework 365 Mineral ADE.
The high molasses content of EnergiLass results in a highly palatable supplement, encouraging and maintaining whole herd consumption.
Formulated to provide key nutrients to support optimal animal health, performance and well-being.

Feed EnergiLass Performance Cattle Mineral 5 Phos Availa®4 to cattle on pasture. Place barrel(s) in a dry location near the animal's source of water, salt, mineral, or loafing area. Consumption will vary depending on animal size; stage of production; quality, source, and availability of roughage and/or grains; number of animals per barrel and barrel location. Offer one 250 lb barrel for every 20-30 head of cattle. Cattle typically consume between 0.25 and 0.50 lb per head per day.
DAILY INTAKE VALUES ARE APPROXIMATE. To increase consumption, decrease the number of animals per barrel. To reduce consumption, increase the number of animals per barrel, or place barrels away from the normal loafing area.
Provide clean, fresh water at all times, plus free-choice Kent mineral.
This product, which contains added copper, should not be fed to sheep or any species that have a low tolerance to supplemental copper.
